
Hi, I'm Lizzie.
I have worked as a level 3 personal trainer for the past 5 years and prior to that worked as a childrens dance and gymnastics coach.
Over the years I have taught spin, body pump, bootcamps and conditioning sessions. This past year I have completed my Pilates Instructor training and am continuing my studies with my level 4 exercise referral for health management, pre- and post-natal and my level 4 lower back pain specialist.
I love sharing my passion for exercise and the benefits it has physically and mentally.
